Addi is learning all about waiting this Christmas. She sits in her sled, waiting for the snow. (Hopefully on its way tonight!) She waits for the go-ahead to open presents (she still doesn't understand the point in waiting, she knows the good stuffs in there, why not enjoy it now?) She waits for Mom and Dad to leave the room and then she terrorizes the Christmas tree. wait, wait, wait.
On Monday Tony and I put Addisons big girl bed in her room. It was really hard for us, we were both about in tears. Tony wanted to keep her in her baby bed, but I knew it was time. Besides, we need to get the new nursery ready for baby Jax. It's just hard to believe that Addi wont be the baby anymore......She picked out the new bedding herself, and says, "Ohhhhh cute!". When she saw her new bed she told us "Thankyou much" and gave us both a hug. :o)
This Christmas will be our seventh Christmas as a couple, our fourth as a married couple, our third as parents, and my second Christmas celebrated while pregnant. I must say it just keeps getting better. Addi may feel like time is draging on, waiting for all the fun to happen, but for us time is flying by and we are just trying to enjoy every moment of it all.
