Adorable daughter Addison Rienn added in 06, and precious little Kaden Mikal joined the clan in March 09. We just moved to Washington, but we will always be Idahoans. We love lifes simple pleasures such as watching our daughter play, seeing our son smile, the great outdoors, good food, the company of family and friends, and football of course!

Happy Birthday to me, on Mothers Day!

Sunday was Mothers Day and my birthday. We met our friends the Sanchez family and spent the day in the sunshine, in the Colville National Forest, at Swan Lake. The weather was perfect. The scenery was beautiful. The kids had permanent smiles, and I enjoyed every second of watching them have fun in the great outdoors.
 Fishing with my pretty girl!

Kissing on my sweet boy!

A great day of fishing with the kids.

Watch out! Addi is casting!

 Daddy was everyone's helper!

Baby Drake enjoyed getting dirty.

Mothers Day Mimosas at the Lake? Yes please!

We made "Sundae Cones" in the campfire. They were SO GOOD! They had cut up fresh fruit, marshmallows, white chocolate chips, milk chocolate and peanut butter chips, toffee pieces, and peanuts in a waffle cone, all wrapped up in tin foil, cooked on the fire, and melted to perfection. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

My sweet friend Jess made me a cake, we had yummy hamburgers and enjoyed great company. It was such a good day and nice way to celebrate turning the big 3-0.

The best gift of all? Taking this PERFECT picture of the kids! It is going to be framed and forever cherished!

 Hey Fishy~Fishy!

I love her. She was SO MESSY by the end of the day. Both kids were. She added some extra sunscreen to her face here.

Beautiful Swan Lake, Washington

We had to take a ferry to get there and home again. The kids REALLY enjoyed that part, and I must say I did too.

Happy Birthday Friend! I'm not sure about you turning 30, that means the clock is ticking on me! Does 30 mean we have to grow up, or are we pushing that back to forty?
